["Requiem For A Young Poet" was composed in 1967-69 after various poems, bulletins and reportages and is scored for soprano and baritone solo, 2 speakers, 3 choruses, electronic sounds (two 4-track magnetic tapes), orchestra, jazz combo and organ. The music includes several quotations from famous compositions, such as Wagner's "Liebestod" from "Tristan Und Isolde", Beethoven's 9th Symphony, Messiaen's "L'Ascension" up to "Hey Jude" by The Beatles.
